Unit marked 1911

Cabbelas has a DWM 1911 with unit mark B.R.S.1 169 does anyone know what type of unit this could be?

Gun was discussed this week over on Jan's Gun Boards...both info. about the unit markings and also whether the gun was refinished or not :

Seems like a decent price...even if the grips and magazine will need to be replaced with period-correct ones...
