Thomas,
Nice find. My question would be...did they know you were in their trunk at 5:00 AM ?

For what it's worth, I ran across the twin to that holster today. The guy said it was an original Luger holster ( it looked right ) and was either made for, or issued to the Portuguese ??.
It was in excellent condition and even had the oiler, plus a leather, two-mag separate pouch that went with it. The pouch was a lot like a U.S. 1911 mag-pouch. There was no takedown tool that I noticed. The whole thing was $650. I'm in no shape financially to do anything about it but if I can play bird dog let me know. I live in the Los Angeles area.
