G Date Loads
After reading on this forum about the good remarks for AA#5, I went out and bought a pound. I cast my own leads and they are roughly 125 grains. I tried 5 grains of #5 and it seemed like it was just not quite enough. What are some of the loads that you might use in AA#5? Thanks in advance.....

try 5.8...should work the action well, and wont be too high velocity for the lead bullets. I've used 6.2-6.4 with FMJs

Hi: Search my name and you will find a great load compination for lead and AA#5, in fact, my most accurate load to date. Search "Excellent Lead Bullet Load for 9mm" My load was 5.4 grs of AA#5 behind a RCBS truncated cone 124 grain lead bullet at 29mm OAL. Sieger |
