Imperial Division Mark?
This one sold on GB. What is the unit mark 2.Div.41? Seller says it is an imperial division mark, but I did not think the divisions marks had Div. even though that makes sense.

Perhaps one of those early Reichswehr "provisional" markings?
It does show some Weimar era markings.

I agree with Don. The trigger guard marking is in a typical location for a Reichswehr pre 1922 provisional marking indicating Division-Staff, weapon 41. The conventional grip strap marking is 2nd Division (staff) weapon 41.
