The scalloped toggle Luger is the first 9mm Luger? What is its' serial number?

Is that one that you bought from Ralph Shattuck?

That is a super fine 1902 Fat Barrel Eric. I think I have a close example.

I would like to see an original box of first 9mm! Can only find history of 7.65mm https://www.landofborchardt.com/1900-ammo.html Earliest that I can find 9mm is early war~
