Interesting 7.65mm measurements
As requested by Unspellable, I took measurements of some of my 30 Luger bbls.
Looks like 32 cal (.312) bullets might be the ticket afterall! Here are the results of my measurements. All measurements were taken by driving a cast 32 cal bullet thru the barrel, then measuring with a micrometer. .309= New Numrich; Bulgarian arsenal rework .310= New Swiss bbl; unmarked old 6" bbl .3105= Browning HP .311= 1970's Mauser Luger; Ruger P89 .312= Colt Commander; 1923 Commercial Luger; 1906 DWM Commercial, 1900 American Eagle DWM; new "Made in Germany" bbl. |
