RCBS 12 gauge

hi guys, a friend of mine needs your help. he has a shotshell die set, 12 gauge, from RCBS, but in germany it is not possible to get an owner manual or instructions how to reload with this die set.is anybody able to send me this manual??? by mail or by fax? my fax-number is: germany / (0)202 / 2472717. my mail is: [email protected]. many thanks for your kind help.
