Default Two Artillery Lugers

Hi new to the forum. Looking forward to learning more about these two artillery lugers. Have had these for a while and just getting around to researching them. One is a 1917 the other is a 1918. Both have all matching numbers (that I can see). The 1917 came with a stock(non #'s matching) 100 year old leather holster, and a snail drum. Pictures of stock and drum will follow. The 1918 came just as you see it here.

One question i have is the "REH 13" on the left side of the receiver. Can anyone tell me more about this? Also, any info in general on these guns would be greatly appreciated. I am new to Lugers.

Thanks

Stan
