Shooting those classics
If I own them I shoot them....the C 96 is a 1913 and the commercial US import Luger a 1923.
Shot on the rifle range today as 'carbines' and hitting 100/200 E type silhouettes without a problem. That is great fun and engaging. The rifle guys enjoyed it too and were a bit amazed at the reach. The 100 E type had a pretty decent grouping but the 200 was all over but did take the majority of the rounds...my old eyes and those sights lol. What a great hobby. Both operated flawlessly. I do need a slightly shorter front Luger sight but GT squared me away prior and I have one... |
