The Kaiser
Sharing a photograph acquired a short time ago. This image of the Kaiser is autographed and memorialized a visit to the Kiel shipyard. He's resplendent in his Kaiserliche Marine uniform with all medals and decorations.

My step Grandpa who passed away in 1980 was from Savanna GA. He was a US Artillery officer in WW II and Korea. He looked and had a moustache exactly like that, and it was a church and family joke to call him "The Kaiser".
