German e-bay Holster...?
Says it is a 1916...but the back photo shows a magazine pouch construction of WWII...am wrong...???

WWII era magazine pouch construction and WWI era buckle...kind of interesting. I certainly suspect that it's WWII era. I think the lanyard is wwII P38/P08.

Very odd holster...Other than the astute observations made by George and Pete you will notice the back also includes a WW1 era seperate hinge. Also the stitching to the right of the left belt loop, it holds in the bottom of the lifting strap. It is placed far to the right, in the middle of the belt loops where as normally it is an extension of the left belt loop.
The lanyard seems to be a mix of Luger and P-38 style. Looks original but poor photo's. I would guess a private purchase. Jerry Burney
