Commercial price help
I have an acquantance that has a luger he wants to sell. I just don't know what would be a realistic price to advise him, so I'll turn to you people who are around them more. I am sorry for no pictures, but I can get them if needed. It is a mismatched no chamber date luger. The frame and all outer parts including hold open are matched. The toggle assembly and all those parts are DWM and matched parts( different from frame parts) including the firing pin. There is good bluing on all the gun except the side plate which has much of the bluing gone. It is a 30 luger caliber with Germany stamped on the take-down lever. Mag is not matching. I told him probably around $500, but am not sure what the market now days says. Any ideas from my description as to what I could tell him to reasonably expect? Thanks in advance.

$350/375 would be max, there are still a lot of MM shooters out there if your not in a rush..perhaps $500 if it were 9mm

Maybe a bit more, but not much than what PL said, 30 luger's don't have the resale that 9mm's have...

Thanks for the suggestions. That may be for sure more realistic than my guess.
