I have repeatedly called Aimco to only get their answering

machine. I leave messages to have an instruction manual sent to me and I understand its my federal right. What can say to pull some weight on thses guys. What the hell happens if i need a replacement part. Im pissed off? Write a letter.. call the atf? Any advice?

How about leaving a message on their machine to the effect, that if you don't get the manual within five working days, or call you within that time and and tell you when to expect it, that you intend to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Houston and also notify the Postal Service of their mail fraud violation (ANYTHING can constitute mail fraud). Confirm your notification of intent by sending AIMCO a registered letter addressed to them at: 5123 Gulfton, Houston, TX 77081, If they haven't complied with your request within a reasonable time, go ahead and file a complaint with the BBB by registered mail. (You were just bluffing about the PO; they won't do anything about something like this). BTW: when leaving your irate message on their machine also tell them you intend to inform everyone on the Luger Forum about their lousy treatment. That MIGHT be just the push they need. Hope this helps. PS: Do you REALLY need their manual; with all the info in "Technical [and] Gerneral Information" over there on the left of this?

I like to have manuals for safety reasons and the fact that no other parts will fit a stoeger luger than those made by stoeger. Thanks for your help>

Default Aimco vindicates!

Well someone or something perhaps related to this sight(dont be shy) had the firm call my house at 10pm last night. He was apologetic about the delay, then i told him i was gonna maybe need a new extractor. He offered to send it for free! Im just happy to get an instruction booklet and be in contact with this firm in case i need new parts.(maybe hell send it as a goodwill gesture---wishful thinking) But happy and i really do need the neww address as the phone message got through.
