Eric,

As DWM was bigger in the ammunition production industry than in the gun industry, it's easy to assume that the cartridges supplied were DWM flatnose rounds (rather than ogival).

Hello Eric,

I do have three full boxes of early DWM 471 ammunition (light green label) which I had purchased in Germany in the past 2-3 years. The ammunition is still in Germany, so you will have to wait until I receive them.

I am still young, so hopefully, I do not need a will yet, but save your money or spend it. For your information, the value of a full box of early DWM 471 ammunition is about $500-$600. As compared to DWM 471A Carbine ammunition which sometimes can be found in full boxes (surprisingly, they are double the price), the DWM 471 box is harder to find because it was more popular to shoot this cartridge when Luger pistols were sold.

Take it easy,
Albert
