Default Is this a 'TEST' A.E. Luger or not ?

According to Ron Wood's posting on Jan Still's Luger forum,
none of the TEST A.E. Lugers were import marked 'Germany'. At auction now on Auction Arms, item# 9314127, is what is listed as a matching 'test' Luger s/n 8678. The s/n looks to fall into the test range, along with other markings, or lack of. So is this a 'test' Luger? Maybe I'd better go back and reread Ron Wood's posting. Being 'ME" good chance I've missed a comment of the GERMANY marking.
Thanks,Bill

Sorry all, I misread the 8678 as 6878, then it would be withing the correct range, though he still claims it to be a test even with the higher number.
Sorry, Bill

The description for this item is full of misinformation about the Test Eagle range and the "flaming bomb" DWM inspector mark. Search this forum for "Commercial database comments."
