Che with a Luger?
[B0 Che Guevara with a Luger?. I was watching a TV show Friday, but, OK, it was Glenn Beck. He was doing a little history on the Cuban "freedom fighter" 'Che' In one photo he appears to be firing a Luger. Has anyone else seen this picture?

I bet it is still wondering around Cuba now! MMM??? If Cuba ever does open up again to the states, I take there just might be some good Luger finds there, that is other countries collectors have not already scooped them up.

If there are any firearms in Cuba, they are certainly not "floating around" A totalitarian goverment's first task is to round up all firearms from the populace. Being caught with a firearm in Cuba means at least a year or more in a labor camp.
There will be certainly many vintage arms in goverment stockpiles. I have toured the Museum of the Revolution and there are large displays of vintage WW2 firearms and weapons up though the FN FAL, etc. there. |

Sort of connected...
My friend was recently in China, and at a military museum got some pics of a nice engraved 1911 Colt, sent from Castro to Mao. That would be a nice one to get. |
