Default Police marking on a 1914 mauser

Hi Guys
I have a mauser 1914 mauser pistol and I would like to know the police markings on the front grip strap. the old markings are x out.
SP. G.M.H. ST. 106
NEW MARKINGS
L.E. 66

Bob, the new marking is from the Landjägerei of the district of Erfurt but I don't know what the canceled marking meant. I will have to think about it. Could you post a photo of the markings?
