Default Buy it before the boosters do!

there's a matching 1917 Navy frame and receiver, serial #863on Gunbroker (#209121340)...sadly, the original barrel is there too, but lopped off at about 4in...has nice sharp crown Ms on it...might make a nice project for a shooter. Currently at $287.00 with 3 days to go

Good spotting, Bob. I have added this to "The Navy List" as a stripped frame, receiver and cut barrel. Regards, Norm.

Hi Alf, I have no wish to hijack Bob's post, sorry Bob. I was asked about the clock a year ago when I last changed my Avatar. Here's the link. Regards, Norm

dunno...depends on what it's gonna be used for....maybe steep for just a frame and receiver for a shooter, but given the right "mechanic" you may see a pretty Navy show up for big bucks on GM auctions or PIA hehehe...seriously though, Norm is doing commendable work tracking serial numbers, doubtless it's caused some fakers to think twice
