Help in Identifying 2 Lugers

I recently came into possession of 2 Lugers and am wanting help with identifying and valuation. Below are pics of the first one.

Actually, the safety lever should not be blued, so i would say, its all been reblued, but would need better pictures

A 30 caliber shooter is worth from $450-$650, they are less desirable than 9mm, one reason is the rounds are so much more and the other is that they are not military, but commercial guns.

Sorry, if you don't add words it makes it too hard. Pictures are essential, but serial number, markings, etc, must be known, plus caliber.

Gregory..Little to nothing that you don't already know can be told from photo's like this.
Like Ed says..you need an in depth description and closeup photo's of important areas.

I'm sorry for the lack of details. I'll add more. Although I am a gun enthusiast and have many firearms, I know nothing of Lugers. They came to me when I was cleaning out the attic of an old farmhouse we bought some time ago. I found 7 long arms and 8 pistols in excellent to new condition, most in boxes. 2 of them were these Lugers. These were packed into an old cardboard pistol box, wrapped in plastic, without papers. I thought they were 9mm until I checked the chambers against some 9mm I had, so they must be .30 Luger. I'll get some more info up before the end of the day.

Gregory, .30 luger information goes a long way..both are likely commercials.The bottom one has some sort of target front sight?

Where would the serial numbers be located? The only numbers I found upon inspecting these were the numbers on the first 2636 one and 2225 on the second. The first one does appear to have more wear and possibly reblued, while the second has no pitting and looks to have original bluing.

Jerry the front sight is definately different on the second and appears to be a target sight. Both are also marked Germany, although in different places, I'm assuming for the export market.

Gregory..GERMANY is usually found on Weimar era pistols exported to an English speaking country most likely the USA in the 1920's.

Serials should be found on the front frame and under the barrel. Might include a letter suffix too.
Other numbers..the last 2 didgits of a 4 number serial might be found hidden on commercial pistols under the bottom edge of the sideplate, safety lever, takedown lever or on the back of the toggle train. Could also be on the inside of the grips.

On the second one, does it have a crown N on the left?

If not restored, then worth around $1200 because it is in excellent shape.

That said, it looks too nice to me.... Also, is that a hairline crack on the top of the toggle?

The toggle would be numbered to the frame (last 2 of the sn), if it is bad, then its value is about what I said for the other one.

There is a crown n on the left and all numbers match on the second one. All numbers match on the first as well. There is no crack, they just need to be cleaned up. Some of the plastic/cellophane that it was sealed in seams to have stuck to it. What is the best method for removing that?
