Shooting At Big Sandy
Had the pleasure of meeting a fellow member of this forum last weekend at the Big Sandy Machine Gun Shoot. www.mgshooters.com . My new friend, Tom Austin, was there to inspect the 2 latest additions to his collection while waiting for ATF approval to take actual delivery. I first had contact with Tom on this forum when he responded to the WTS posting I placed for my friend's 1928 Thompson. Later, he also purchased my friend's M2 (pictured) as well. There is also a 1919 that might have his name on it. Tom is the epitome of the type of person you would like to call "Friend". He easily made friends with all those he interacted with. I'm sure that he had a great time, and I look forward to seeing him at the next shoot in March.
