It's nice to be able to enjoy nature, seems like you found yourself a good spot there!
Nice duck too.. well worth the title duck of the month I also feed the tame ducks here in Norway, but now they have all turned their beak towards south now. Ok.. I not only feed ducks, sometimes it's the other way around. I really hope I'm not offending anyone with this picture, if so, give me a hint and I will remove it.. I hunt several types of birds, including ducks. But the ducks I hunt are not feed by humans, so it's often hard to get within range (hence the silenced rifle in addition to the shotgun). The other bird on the picture is a black grouse. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Grouse I hang the bird up so that they become more tender. It's interesting.. the duck can't hang as long as the grouse before turning bad. Reason is that the grouse eats berry's and grass, while the duck is more on a fish and insect diet. So moral is gentlemen, eat your fruits and get those anti-oxidants! At least don't eat any insects

Just found another duck image on my computer.
This was taken last year, our first (and last) attempt to lay out decoy ducks. We had really no idea of what we where doing.. As you can see, a good friend of mine swims nude in a lake followed by 10 plastic ducks. It was an hilarious sight

It's a Remington 870 SM to the left. Painted with Duracoat to prevent it from rusting in the typical wet norwegian autumn. Normally I prefer side-by-side shotguns, but this one gives me a little more distance.
The one to the right is a Marlin 336 fitted with a ALM IMS Titan silencer. Silenced leveraction rifles is perhaps not the most common thing to see
