questions from a newb??
I have this pistol with 61 stamped on the rear with no magazine it appears to be smaller bore than the 9mm I"m assuming its the 7.65 are the magazines the same since I can not find any but 9mm and it seems there are 7 and 8 rounds which also has me confused will either work? it also sound very week when i dry fire would that mean the firing pin spring could be toast? thanks for any help! https://dl.dropbox.com/u/54639115/P1010016.JPG https://dl.dropbox.com/u/54639115/P1010017.JPG

The magazines are the same regardless of the caliber. Hard to tell on the spring. Probably alright. From the one picture it looks like a 30 cal commercial. Bill

I am surprised. No one has suggested that it is not wise to dry fire your old Luger. Bad things can be the result.
Don't say you weren't alerted to the problem. Jack |
