Eric,
Very cool! When I was in Navy boot camp (mid last century) we were issued a "Blue Jackets Manual" which told us everything we needed to be a squared away sailor. (We called it the "Blue Bastards Bible"). Then, when I went in the USMC we were issued a similar book called "Guidebook for Marines." I still have both. I'm betting the other Services have/had their own version. I'd love to see an English translation of the one you have! It looks like it pertains to the Luftwaffe. Thanks for the look/see. Talk about egos!! I just noticed, this manual was printed in 1940. I assumed it would have been made a few years earlier~John your right a old Herman graces himself after the cover page and of course you know who!!!
