This looks like a gun I posted years ago, which is found in the Argentine Military Museum in Buenos Aires. I have no information on this pistol.

Strange configuration. Looks like the possible work of Herb Werle in Germany or Hakan Spuhr in Sweden to me.

Just asking because it looks like an odd pair...But why would a .22 cal 'burp gun' be shown next to/with a 'target' Luger??? I see 9mm Luger magazines next to the pistol, and the 'burp gun' has a fairly recent plastic .22 'Maxi Mag' ammunition box...The 'burp gun' magazine looks crude...Maybe hand made???

Patrice, I believe that the grip has been modified to resemble the Colt 1911 and the safety lever modified to operate like the same pistol. I think the gun would accept standard Luger magazines as shown in the photo... All conjecture on my part of course, but I am confident that it is a good guess...

I posted this pistol in march of 2008. It is, in fact, in the Military Museum in Buenos Aires

My recollection is that it was a display of various projects, inventions and modifications by the Ballester-Molina Arsenal.
