Default Rec. from Dad, a Navy...

... in 1960 I got the following from my Dad that he brought home.
A near perfect 1938 S/42 Navy marked Luger.
Data: Sn. 349n. Rear strap marked N3581. Mag does match.
No leather. The only research I have done is from Stills book,Vol.3,1988 edition, pg 108. We never shot it , just oiled and sat in his safe since 1947. I was a dealer since 1972 and collected Lugers. This is the only one I saved. For obvious reasons. Just wanted to add this Sn. that any of you follow this particular model. Best, Mike

George

First of all welcome to our Luger forum, and thanks for your interesting story...

... but since we're all dribbling over our keyboards... by now we're only expecting you to post some flipping pictures of your Luger...
