A great presentation, George!! That has to be about the longest grip strap marking I have seen.

Is there any particular reason that the sideplate appears to be " In the White"?

Wayne, I've never been able to figure that out. It actually appears to be parkerized or something like that. The back of the plate is normal rust bluing and it is the original side plate.
