This is a first. Someone ruined a fake with a "cowboy cut".

Hi Guys thank you for your comments on this holster. I respect all your comments and opinions in the past and now, but I'm gonna stick my neck out and say this is a good holster...I got it today in the mail...it feels right smells right and yes the stitching is very sloppy in spots buts hey this holster could have been made late 44 early 45. it has a RBN number and a Clear WaA383...maker Auto- Nation. I never heard or seen one of their holsters before. And the sloppy stitching I contribute the time it was made the circumstances of forced labor not caring...quality control was out the window to get product out to the field...no I think this holster is the real deal...look up WaA383 (dmo)
But I could be very wrong.... Thanks guys John |

John,
Your Holster is definitely legit. It's a 1944 made hard shell by Hans Deuter, maker code, "bmo". They made hardshell holsters in 1944 and used the RB number "0/0836/0029," and also used "WaA383." It does have some issues with stitching though, and the left belt loop may have been replaced, but the holster is 100% original. Matt |
