Commercial Luger ID Help
Team,
Friend of a friend sent me these images, I believe this to be a commercial Luger, the high luster seems too nice to me and the stocks make me wonder if they have been cleaned. However, the stamping are crips. These are the only images I have, I'll break open the books but your help as always is appreciated. |

About all one can say from those pictures:
It has a DWM mid link, it has British nitro proofing, it has been refinished, it has non original grips.

Looks like a mixmaster too. Unless the number got wiped off the locking bolt, loaded chamber indicator, and other such small parts in the refinish. Otherwise looks like military numbering on the side plate and left side of the upper, commercial/hidden on small parts.

The font is different on the sideplate, I believe it to be a replacement.
