Cleaning Luger holster
What would be a good method to restore a dried and scuffed 1917 Luger holster? I was thinking saddle soap but received warnings about it.
Thanks, Ed |

Thanks for the tip.
I'm just wondering if the cleaning is even advisable? |

This is even discussed on page 54 of our LugerForum FAQ document. Just download it free from our site. Follow the FAQ link at the top of every page.

Guys, just to give you an update:
I did treat the holster sparingly with saddle soap and an old tooth brush and it worked beautifully. It looks really rejuvenated, it is not soft and mushy but still hard as it was before. Thanks for all your input. Ed |
