I’ve seen clips like that before and just can’t believe that some people are that stupid, and these same dumb a@@es are allowed to vote!

Worse, they do not have to go and vote - they can just mail it in

and
In some States (Pennsylvania) if they screw up that mailed in vote, they get to try again

and
In some States they do not have to prove they are the person voting

There is something wrong with people who pay no taxes, deciding who gets to spend the taxes paid by others.

There is something wrong with people voting when they do not know what they are voting for.

This is not representative government, it is government by lottery, whoever has the best 'sound bite' wins.

It's absolutely shameful, similar things happen also here more and more often, I think the school is to blame.

I think Kiwi's assessment of the situation is bang on.
I am Canadian and I could answer all the questions posed in the video with no hesitation.
It is the same in Canada though ... most young people here seem to be a waste of space.

Like the playwright George Bernard Shaw put it, "Youth is wasted on the young."

Hi,

Please remember who was qualified to vote under our original Founding Fathers' Constitution!!!

Perhaps they were right, after all!

Like Keep politics out of this thread. Thanks! Bezos, and all the other billionaires. I couldn't agree more.

I do not feel the youth in Montana are a waste of space. Generally I am impressed by them. Sure they have different ideas than we had. I am sure our parents thought we had different ideas also. I am 85 years old and to me the worst thing I have seem was the attack on the capital. Even worse the support they received from some politicians. Our country is not perfect but there is not any other place I want to live. Bill

"and these same dumb a@@es are allowed to vote!"

Well, way back when in the USA you had to be a property owner to vote. You know, an actual stakeholder. Not just one of the ignorant masses, the dregs of our modern society.

A whole lot more stakeholders were created by the 16th amendment with the establishment of income tax.

No taxation without representation was the reason for the Boston Tea party.
That I agree with.

Representation with no skin in the game, I am opposed to.

Anyone who has ever served in the Military has skin in the game - more than any taxes
