Advice welcomed

Just saw the following out there. It is priced at $1,495.00. Given that all of you are far more experienced, I'm wondering whether anyone has any thoughts about whether the price is in the ballpark:

German DWM ARTILLERY LUGER. 9mm. Dated 1915 over chamber. All matching numbers, except magazine. Blueing is about 95% with some slight minor pitting on barrel, rear sight and a little on the receiver and toggles. Bore is excellent with bright and shiny rifling. Walnut grips are excellent with extra fine checkering. Holster hang straps have come loose at the tops. No cleaning rod or tool. Pull stap is missing. It is marked on inside flap but the only thing I can make out is "Berlin".
