If I purchase a new computer, must I re-purchase this book to put on the new computer, as is the case with your older books?

When a purchaser is listed in our sales records he is entitled to get free new passwords for the ebooks he bought when he experiences a hardware failure or if he replaces its Pc by a new one.

It is always a matter of clearly explaining the situation.

Our only concern with regard to passwords,as it is the concern of any softwares producer, is to prevent the spreading of illegal copies of our products.

Do not forget also, that our ebooks are fully printable, and consequently, for the same price, you can get paper copies (for your personnal usage)and so preserve your investment.

Hope this will help.

Cool! I just bought the Nagant Ebook and the Luger markings Ebook. This time I printed off and saved my passwords. A couple years ago I bought the Luger Mechanical Features book and lost it( I've purchased this book twice and lost it both times in hard drive crashs). Is there an Email address that I might state my case and possibly reaquire the book?

Thanx, Stevie.

Hello Stevie,

Just reload the last version of the "Luger Mechanical" ebook and give us the exact name under which the ebook was purchased (in order for us to make a search in our sales ledger and find your purchase).

Then run the ebook and click on the yellow key icon on the top of the screen. Then tell us what is the sentence which is written inside the small window which pops up.

We will then provide you a new password for your ebook.

Regards

Thanks, Gerard. I will give it a whirl this weekend. I may have to purchase the 1911A1 book as well. I enjoy these Ebooks, and for the price, find them a bargain.

Thanx, Stevie.
