Not a Navy
Check out eBay item # 2211145441. Seller has it listed as a WWI Navy. I have sent an email to him identifying it as a Portuguese M2 army. It is a pretty good looking holster with the welting around the top flap and the holster opening, but the belt loop, pin punch loop, and cut-out for the toggle knob on the inside make it Portuguese. Still, a nice example of an early holster.

Hello Ron,
Noticed the seller gave you a credit in his revised write-up... Surprised there is no bidding... Regards, Pete... <img border="0" alt="[typing]" title="" src="graemlins/yltype.gif" /> |

He added the "Rare", not me. Initially there were two bids on the holster (I think I recognized the second bidder's alias), but all of a sudden the bids are gone and the auction has restarted. I guess the bids were allowed to be retracted since the first description wasn't accurate and could have resulted in some bad feedback.
