Magazine ID needed
I know very little about these later (30's-40's) magazines, can someone help with a positive ID? I see no identifying marks other than the lonely "2" on the bottom.
Thanks in advance, Mark

looks like a police mag that has been scrubbed (very nicely) - not sure why they left most of the 2 on it?

Post 1930 and Vopo Police mag were normally marked 1,2 or 3 in the position shown. THe die set used on yours looks more like that used by the postwar Vopo. TH
