Default Is This Correct?

A 1920 carbine with an unusual stock looks artillery! Are they legally interchangeable?https://www.joesalter.com/category/p...arce-Parts-Gun Not Only Correct But Legal? I note that none of his 24 pictures he has none of the 2 parts joined together! I question it as the ATF designates 'Original' He must sell the apart to be a legal sale~~ Eric, Esq.

He can legally sell them individually as two individual items but not as a legal complete 'Luger Carbine' with an incorrect artillery stock! See ATF rules~

A carbine can only be fitted with a Carbine Stock~Not an Artillery`
