My Wife's late Grandfather brought a Luger back to the states after WWII, which is currently with my Wife's Uncle. I might possibly purchase, but need help to identify...production date?, and how much it's worth?
95% bluing very minor pitting Toggle inscription- DWM logo Chamber inscription- "N" with crown above No grip safety 3 3/4"- 4" barrel...not sure?? Checkered walnut grips- excellent condition "safe" on forward position covering "Gesichert" serial number 73xxx all small parts match and carry last 2 digits 1 correct magazine with matching number flap holster in excellent condition "M.Hubsch" ornately engraved on backstrap-German owner? Also...what is the little "pocket" for on the inside flap of the holster? I appreciate any info that could be passed on to a possible future Luger owner. Thank You.
