1917 DWM
Hi ! I recently accumulated this 9mm that is in remarkably good condition. The bluing appears to be 100% except for minor wear marks from operation.Straw is about 75%.Grips near perfect.Bore excellant.Matching serials throughout.Serial in the 3300. 1917 with DWM logo. My knowledge on lugers is limited except a few days on the internet.Any info on the value and history of this pistol would be appreciated. THANKS

Re: 1917 DWM
There were three different models of the 1917 DWM. The model will make quite a bit of difference in price. The major difference in the three models is in the barrel length. There was a 4", 6", and an 8".

Re: 1917 DWM
You did not mention if the magazine was serial numbered to the pistol. From the description of the pistol I would estimate the value of your pistol in the $900/1000 range. If the magazine is matched to the pistol, another $150. Priceing something you have not seen is very subjective, but maybe the above figures will give you an idea.
