Need a translation

I have tried numerous translation sight but they all seem never to get it right. Some key words weren't translated etc.
This piece paper came with a M30 drilling.

Der Reichsminister der Luftfahrt und oberbefehlshaber der Luffwaffe generalluftzeugmeister

Der Fa. J. I. S. & S. wird genehmight, die werkschrift,, Drilling M 30 Beschreibung, Bedienug und Warttungsvorschrift als Vorlaufer der sie spater ersetzenden D (Luft) T. herauszugeben.
Die Abgabe der werkschrift darf nur an solche Dienststellen der Luftwaffe erfolgen, die mit dem beschriebenen Great beliefert wurden bzw. Deren personal an diesem Great augsgebildet wird.
Mit der Herausgabe der spater folgenden D. (Luft) T. tritt diese Werkschrift fur die Luftwaffe auber Kraft.

The (Reichs)secretary of aviation and chief of staff of the air force.
Airforce quatermaster No. ......
The company J.I.S.&S. (&S =most likely and sons) are authorized to publish the working manual: Tree-barreled-gun M30 , description, user manual and maintainance instruction as a temporary/provisional manual till the technical (Airforce) regulations will replace it.
The release of this working manual may just happen to airforce units which have received the described equipment or will be trained with this equipment.
With the issueing of the technical (Airforce) regulations later on, this workmanual will be void.
