Too general a question for specific/hard dollar amounts. "It depends..." Just in the first category, you'd have to specify Military or Commercial, and Navy mags e.g., are a distinct subset of the former. WWII incorporates several styles of construction throughout the era and by manufacturer. Post-war, there are also several styles and several different makers (Erma, Swiss, Mauser, Dutch, etc.)
Rarity also influences prices for collectors. I believe the flat-button mags for the M1900 and mags marked 9 m/m for early Commercials and Contracts are in the hen's teeth category. A hundred bucks for an Imperial Military mag in nice shape isn't out of line at all. 70s' Mauser mags will likely run you about the same. That's basically the bottom of the range, and some go for North of $300. It also depends on your locale and its market.
