I'd be interested in knowing what the "muffler" piece he speaks of actually is. Either e-bay is asleep at the wheel and this guy doesn't know their policy or it's a sting of some sort. Looks like the seller may have taken the gun shop owner's word for value too. Wonder how long it'll stay around before it's off e-bay?

$115 for shipping? Kinda steep huh?

I'll bet it doesn't last the day before Ebay terminates the auction. The reason it is still up there is because there are no photographs...
BTW, I think the "muffler" is some kind of muzzle cover. Notice that he is clueless for terminology... he called the two magazines "cartridges." I think it is pretty darn expensive for a "pig in a poke"

In my opinion it is about a $1,000 too much and like Ted Said (I love to say that) $115, Plus $10 mandatory insurance is pretty expensive to me! I imagine he is going through a dealer in Kalifornia and charges that to him?

I asked on the "collectibles" discussion board "when did weapons become OK to sell on E-Bay?". I received an email from E-Bay saying I violated the terms of my account by doing that!!!!! Talk about shooting the messenger!!!!!!!!!!!!
By the way, it was reported to E-Bay |

You violated the terms of your account by asking the question? or did they think it was you that posted the gun for sale?
You better check, because if they misunderstood, you might find that YOUR ebay account has been suspended...

No, it was something about "ratting" on another person without going through the proper channels in a public forum blahblahblahblah..............My account is intact, the wife just "snipered" an item a couple of minutes ago (maybe I wish it was suspended HAHAHAHAAHA)......Bruce

They just haven't found it yet... but they will. I have only seen a couple firearms ads escape the "auction police" at eBay in the last couple of years.
