Default M1906 Swiss cross in shield

Should late manufactured 1906 Swiss cross/shield Luger (SN 12001-152xx) have halo on the barrel SN? I am guessing no, because these were finished & blued by the Swiss in Bern, correct?

Also should the upper barrel extension (aka tuning fork) rails be blued or in the white like other DWM guns of that time?

Thanks,
Geo
