New Luger

here are some photos of the new luger I picked up, it is a bit strange, and I was told it is a nazi rework of a 1916 the frame is marked 6590 the bbl is 6590 the side plate is 90 the toggle is 90 the take down lever is 97 the bolt is 10, the reciever is 3889. the top is marked dwm 1916 and the side of the reciever is marked with the exact same marks as lugers at random pg 39 diagram 15, the bbl has a DWE on the left side is this a nazi rework. or just a frankinluger. original blue is 75%. the mag is going back it does not work, cant depres it more than half way and it sticks.
