serial number 90158. I am told that these should be between 89000, and 91000.

In case anyone is interested, I am selling this Safe and Loaded 1923 DWM commercial on Auction arms. item number 11412980. It comes with one correct magazine, and a 1916 military holster. There is no reserve, and it is currently at $520. Would not sell it but medical problems have trumped lust. Thanks, Ron

I assume you are referring to SN 91268. To answer your question, the honest answer is I don't know. I purchased it in 1994 from a Mr. Robert Brummer as in original condition. The inside of the frame, receiver and muzzle crown are still in the white. Under strong light there is overall freckling (red oxide) under the blue which the photos don't show. Thanks Ed |
