It gets worse. P38 parts and Colt revolver parts. I haven't gotten to the Colt SAA. yet

I've never understood how you can "buy back" something you never owned in the first place...

Yup, "Police Buy Backs" - turning stolen valuable collectible firearms into scrap metal for more than two decades...
