Editing Title
When I edit the title of an existing WTB thread, the change shows on the thread first post, but not in the "title" of the thread on the sub forum page.
Changed one place but not the other, must be a bug. Here is a recent example: http://forum.lugerforum.com/showthre...367#post321367

Depends on how old the item was first made - I see 2018 - so after a certain amount of time, then you can't modify the title. Not a bug at all, its a setting.

Thanks for the explanation.
Since we ask folks to update old WTS or WTB ads instead of posting new ones, maybe the "setting" could be changed to allow the title to be updated also?

Don, the moderators can edit/change the old titles. Ed has changed at least one for me.

The advanced editor will also edit titles, but it must be a "feature" that it doesn't get into the indexing system.
When a title ends up really misleading, the only thing I've found to do is to delete the thread completely and start a new one.

but I don't believe I can delete a thread with posts on it. Maybe you can edit my title since you are a moderator. The "1900 FN police" is no longer valid, and changed to 1900 luger parts.
