Commercial, not military gun. Possible professional reblue. Stock and holster are modern replicas. Pretty thing, though.

gunbugs --- Thanks for looking at the photos and your comments. Yes the luger has been refinished but it looks pretty nice I think. I picked up the repro. holster and stock from SARCO several years ago and they have served me well for shooting the luger at somewhat longer ranges, 50 to 150 yds. I'm really amazed at how well it shoots with the stock attached out to 150 yds. range using my reloads. Thanks again for looking.

I like shooting the Navies. They are my favorite, with or without a stock.

I also have a 20’s Navy type, mine is a GT (Forum member Gerald Tomek) special. I love shooting it stocked in particular.

HerrKaiser ----- Surprised to see someone else has a '20s Navy Type luger. How long have you had yours? I've had mine since the mid '60's when I found it in a local gun store and gave $100 for it. Ahaaaa those were the days and we'll never see them again. How does yours shoot and does it have good accuracy out at distances, 100 yds. and more? As I mentioned above I'm able to hit old shot up propane bottles out to 150 yds. with the rear sight set at the 200m setting.

Got mine in 2022. Love it, it is my favorite shooter and he has made 3 for me.

WOW, has he made 3 Navys for you ? Yes, I think the Navy Type I have (in the photos above) is smoother than any other luger I have. The guys who put those pieces together in the 1920's really must have known what lugers were all about.
