IOWA GUN SHOW
As promised, here is my report on the "Gun Show" in Cedar Rapids Iowa this last weekend. First of all it was the Largest one we have had for sometime. as expected it was the usual dealers with the same things, they have allways had. I was wrong about there being three Lugers at the show..., there was only one, which was a very beat up 1939 "42" coded Luger. Asking price for this beauty was $995.00. The weather was about -6 and we got 9 inches of snow Friday and Saturday. half the tables were as expected, tools, beef jerky, and to my amazement, the mice at the show not only sang but twirled Nun-Chucks, and danced to Elvis' "BLUE SUADE SHOES". the bright thing was that I only spent $55.00 for a clip for my H&K P7M8, which are hard to come by. Sounds like the guys in Arizona had a great time as expected! Did you leave any Lugers? Well that's my report from the land of "Corn" and "Pigs".
