As far as I can remember they never adopted the Luger pistol.
They chose, ten years later, the Steyr-Hahn (Steyr Model 1912). |

DWM claimed several countries as having adopted and never did? But I have to assume bought some?

Yep I found this odd too. Romania definitely tested and "announced" adoption for officers. After another inquiry, I haven't received any additional info. Will advise if I can run down additional records.
