Default M1906 Swiss cross in shield

Should late manufactured 1906 Swiss cross/shield Luger (SN 12001-152xx) have halo on the barrel SN? I am guessing no, because these were finished & blued by the Swiss in Bern, correct?

Also should the upper barrel extension (aka tuning fork) rails be blued or in the white like other DWM guns of that time?

Mine is a couple of hundred before the sn range you quoted. What is the date stamped on your frame up near the locking bolt?

I think that mine from before WW-I was a DWM finished gun, but am not positive of this. Here are reference pictures:

The Swiss were very much into keeping their weapons in top shape... it is not unusual to find them arsenal reblued, ... even more than once...
