Post New ATF Pam 5300.5

Just recieved the new 2003 ATF State Laws and Published Ordinances - Firearms pamphlet. I noticed that the state that I lived in for 27 years, Kalifornia, has increased in number of pages from 52 in 2002 to 69 pages for 2003, while the state I chose to retire in, Utah, remains at 3 pages. I didn't take the time to try to figure out what changed to increase the count by 17 pages in one year but It must be getting pretty difficult to purchase or own a handgun in that state. Viva Grey Davis!
